Just follow what OP said on his post.. if you are using reddit make sure you use the old version to be able to post on your profile...

I was able to get to old reddit, his png example was just a line though, I'm asking about the content in the post. Did you write so many words or just a couple lines with the link? Thanks

I wrote only a couple of lines as OP said.. plus the keyword and the link..
 
The link is not getting indexed. Do i have to do anything to get it indexed? Its been around 2 weeks

I went ahead and tried it myself. How can I check to see if it's actually a do follow link?

If for some reason you are not seeing the "Post to your profile" option like me, then follow these steps below:

  • Go to this link and accept the new terms and conditions.
  • Enter the necessary details when asked for and then Your entire Reddit will switch to the latest design.
  • Then on the top right-hand corner, you will find a drop-down menu in which you will find the option to "Switch to old Reddit". Click it.
  • Now you will be back on the Old Reddit design. Submit text post. You should See a "Post to my profile" option.
Go get it now!
