EDIT: It's growing even more!! I am close to 100 people.. Is this a good thing?

yes think thats what i see, only in comments it's a no follow,
 
Old Reddit gives me that this is nofollow and new reddit not :'D. which one should I follow
 
It works.
And It is possible create d0 f0llow links without switching to old reddit.
From new reddit:
- click on new post
- From dropdown menu choose your profile (/u/your-profile.)
- "Create post" tab
- write post with the editor and place link.
Made several posts in the past months, all of them are d0 f0llow.

PS: not aged account, 1 year old.
 
Why old reddit when new reddit can get dufollow backlink with submit post ?
 
How many of these backlinks can you make and think it will work and or help in moving the target kw? This may also help when people search reddit for that. I was noticing users posting adult videos to their own profiles and linking to their site an wondered how it was done ;) Thank you.

Is it a new account? I got mine removed on a newly created account, however after I confirmed email, I submitted it again and it worked.

On aged accounts, got the backlink and post indexed in a few hours.

You need to age the accounts some. Do some normal reddit browsing activities on the first day. 24 hours later or so you should be able to submit a self-post without it getting taken down. If you do not age them the chances of your self posts getting removed / account being shadow banned are much much higher. Also I use the new reddit redesign for self-posting and old.reddit for browsing and such.

I checked with MozBar and the links are even indexed on google but they are not appearing on ahref/other seo tools as backlinks or even anything else. Any reason why? I even got a lot of traffic from reddit from there too..

Ahrefs/other seo tools mostly don't crawl as quickly as google does. I wouldn't worry about that.
 
Thanks for the share, I think it works better the more karma + the older your account is. Tried it on my 4 year old account with 5k karma and it is a do follow.
