I am using winity windows vps and it's working fine for me. For $7/mo it's quite a good deal

They don't allow spamming, but you can use SEO tools with proxies. None of the VPS providers let you use SEO tools without using proxies, because no one wants their IP to be blacklisted, and it costs them money to get a new IP.

It's good, but for Windows I'd prefer the $6.95/month one from the Marketplace. I have one VPS there, I'm very pleased with it.

It was my first choice but they were out of stock when I wanted a VPS

My bad luck I guess lol

But this one is also working good, and support is better - at least they reply.
