I usually do all bookmarks in one go, then set pace of discovery via ping/link crawl service. With these types of links, there are literally hundreds of thousand of new pages on such platforms being created every day, which, unless you do aggressive ping/link crawl most will remain undiscovered for indefinite periods of time. Google does not pull time and date data from these sites for these links, it has absolutely no need to, links are counted upon their crawl by the spiders. But if you have machine resources that can just sit there for a few days to put out links you could do it that way, and ping as you go along.
 
Thanks for sharing the list. However, I find that many of the social bookmarking sites become dead after a while as the domain owners do not renew the domains and so they expire. It happens all the time, so this list might well become useless in a few months time.

That's absolutely true of any backlink building platform. Elgg, Jcow, Izabi, Pligg, Oxwall, Wiki, etc are all subject to this. The strongest sites will stick for months if not years, the weakest can die out quick; there's no telling which will last and which will fade away, so you cast as big a net as possible looking for some gems.... Maybe I'll post another list in a few months to keep things fresh ;)

Awesome list man! I really appreciate it. I've been trying to build a list with my own scraping and I'm not getting nearly the results that I want.
