Get banned by using "Search" feature too many times?

Does performing a search on Instagram count as an action?
Has anyone had any experience where they got banned for searching too many times a day on Instagram?

I never get blocked or ban for searching too much, normally I spend an hour daily searching and saving great content to repost on my niche pages.
Sometimes they ban you for liking, commenting, following and unfollowing in a short period of time.
 
I don't have any experience with this, but it isn't logical to ban you for searching.
 
No you will never face ban for searching too much.
 
Okay solid. Thank you guys for the reply. I appreciate it. I proceed in performing search actions in high volumes (300-500 searches per day, 40-60 searches an hour). If you still have thoughts on this I'll like to know. But if I encounter any hiccups I'll post it here.

I've never heard of a ban but I know someone that does heavy marketing on Instagram and I'll ask.

No but if you search and like someone's photo and creating a pattern you'll get a action block and searching is not count as action.
 
If you are only doing searching, and not doing other actions. I dont think you will be blocked.
 
No, that's not an action. That counts as activity
