Get a Reddit User Shadowbanned

There’s a user who keeps spamming on posts related to a brand I work with, and keeps calling it a spam. He’s clearly affiliated with a competitor. How can I shadowban, or get him suspended?

Is there a number of accounts that need to report a user before an account is suspended? Can someone help?
