German Linkbuilding Tool

Hi,

i am new in the area of ninja techniques..

is there also a german linkbuilding tool available? I searched on google and here but i can't find something special.

I have two problems with international linkbuilding.

1) Do i have to use english keywords and anchor texts? If yes, i think it will not rank the keywords but the site because of - hopefully - strong backlinks

2) Will google see it as spam when there are more international backlinks than national?

would be very cool if somebody can help me here

and they have a german text to enter in the setup ... so they will post in german as well

Is it possible in GSA to specify the category of websites? So healthcare pages and similar types?

I have to give GSA a deeper look.
