I am looking for some reccomendations for an site speed expert to speed up my websites, make suggestions but ideally do the work. I have heard there are people who can scam the results so looking for reccomendations and what to test to make sure the speed is genuinly faster. Many thanks.

Alternatively, there are plenty of resources you can check on the internet (this forum included) that will guide you through the process but it highly depends on the issues your site is having. For more complex stuff, you might need a web developer to handle those.

out of curiosity, what did @Roger Marquez do to get a warning?! giving away too much valuable seo advice?!

A little of everything
The last few warnings were because the banner on my signature wasn´t in compliance with the rules of the forum and the other ones are a couple of years old really.
