Cool idea, given any thought into how to productize the consulting so you can scale the offering beyond yourself?
That's something Ive been trying to determine what would work. Any suggestions?

- Do you write articles on blog that you own and share them on the social network, or you just curate interesting content from your industry, or mb both?
- Do you comment a lot? In general what are the majority of your interactions with the members? Private messages, comments in groups etc..
- Do you comment in multiple groups or you stick to the groups in which you have some kind of influence/reputation?
- Do you use different personas or you are only using your personal account?

A productized service is usually just a service with a very defined operating agreement. By defined I mean, clients know exactly what you are going to do and exactly what they are going to pay.
If you google wpcurve and read some of their content you will see how a guy that was once a wordpress freelancer productized his business and made it scalable.
Still working on some ideas. Have been asked to create a number of online content, webinars and certification programs that can be automated and scaleable. But Im not 100% convinced yet.
Great questions, thank you for asking them
1) I do a combo of own articles or ones that I co-write with another expert. Im not the best writer, so I work with someone who has exceptional communication skills and can help convey the story. All the content is original.
2) I do rarely when I have a free moment in the mornings for no more than 5 min. Ill quickly scan my feed and see if there is anything of interest. If I have something to contribute, I will. Also Ill try to respond back to all the Private messages I get, but I rarely contact anyone via that route.
3) Ill only post relevant articles or events into the groups. I don't comment. Most times what I am posting is linked back to my website or Company profile page.
4) I use my personal account only.
