Can we use GP theme for Gnews?, With all schema plugins etc?

GP site library already has some magazine layout websites.

Inputs will be helpful.

Yeah, of course you can. It' one of the fastest, if not the fastest theme on the market and, in case you decide to purchase it, you can get fantastic support directly from the dev. I use it for all my sites and it hasn't let me down yet.

Try google's markup helper and structured data testing tool.

You can use any theme which supports blog functionality. WP gets pretty slow once you start hitting 10-20 news posts daily. I know because I manage a news site where I've published around 4.5k news articles.

I have heard people saying, " the theme has to be a magazine " else it wont be considered as news. Are you using GP for your news site?
