Hello Everyone,
I am based in Eastern Europe, Estonia, and I natively speak English, Russian, and Estonian languages.
Throughout my life I've spent a lot of time playing competitive shooter games like Counter Strike, Apex Legends, Fortnite, PUBG where I have always achieved accomplishments in form of highest ranks or qualifying for tournaments. I can't play those games casually without dedicating time and effort, which leads to constant breaks. When it does happen, I spend my time playing Runescape (both OSRS & RS3), which still keeps me on the grind and constant work on myself becoming better, faster, stronger and getting new achievements, but without consistent effort and concentration.
Thanks to all the video games I've mentioned above, I now work for an American based software company as a Sales Manager & Solution Consultant.
This is probably the first time I have ever posted on a forum, like seriously. Back when forums were the main platforms for communication, I did not speak English yet, so this feels a bit like a throwback moment.
I found BHW while searching for someone who could help me with a personal challenge I have taken on.
I am looking for help removing some negative reviews from a Google Business Profile. The profile belongs to someone very close to me, my barber, who recently became the owner of the barbershop where she worked for over 8 years. She is actually the most reviewed barber in our country (I doubt anyone realizes it), and not because events, or marketing, that she never worked on or applied to, but simply because she is a master of her craft. (And also now became a young mother)
I want to support her by cleaning up old, unfair reviews that were left during the previous ownership.
Looking forward to learning from the community here and hopefully finding someone who can help.
