GDPR Notifications

GDPR is not an area of law I ever studied, so not sure of the legalities of this.

Could we have a Stickied Section where anyone who submits a GDPR request their username and date of request is published, in case there are any pending / possible Shitlists about to emerge?

Unfortunately not - under GDPR - right to be forgotten - we need to remove their contact information. We're currently seeking legal advice on how this needs to be managed within GDPR rules for marketplaces.

Under ICO rules, it's evident in cases of threats of legal action or for financial reporting requirements etc. But they don't think about the specifics of running online marketplaces.

So to summarise. No not currently but it's something we're currently seeking legal advice on how best to handle and we'll have a solution ASAP.
