Are we going to continue to hijack this thread or let the OP get some continued help?
Curious minds want to know.. or actually don't.
I tossed the domain and now I have a new one. It costed me nothing, only $1, I'm just mad cause now I have to wait weeks for this domain to rank, when this could have all be avoided if I had a lot of content from the start. My penalized domain was ranking on 3-5th page too and now I'm starting from scratch, just simply annoying
It seems like several of us have basically told you it has little or nothing to do with the actual content, yet you appear to believe you will avoid this simple action if you put more content or more valuable content on the domain. In case we haven't been clear - you're very likely to incur the thin content penalty on a site of this nature no matter how much content you put there. The best advice was provided above which was not to put the generator on the same domain as content you are trying to rank, and later to go back and add a direct link to your monetized generator(hosted on a different domain.)
If you simply put the generator on a primary domain again, and add valuable content and then wait for it to rank in the hopes you can just leave it that way - you are very likely to incur another thin content penalty. Google doesn't like this whole FAKE anything niche, and particularly hack, cheats, and generators - so if you play this way you will simply lose your ranking again OP. Best to take the advice you asked us to provide you. No amount of content is going to prevent this "thin content" penalty in the future since Google will always know your intention is simply to get people to do your CPA offer via the FAKE generator. This is OK, but just recognize it will almost always lead to a thin content penalty eventually.
That's why people said ... build a legitimate looking game hacks, cheats, and secrets site, and just LINK TO your generator on another domain. OK, I hope it's clear enough.
