Hey everyone!

Reading BHW pretty long time but posting not too much before I'm curious about possible monetization models for a gaming blog (video games, board games, etc.).

Wanted to ask you guys could you advise me something regarding this topic? Yeah, I already consider adsence, selling guest posts (only super relevant), and something about partnering with app developers and publishers for paid reviews (but I think this one is pretty tough).

If you wan to maintain reputation, game reviews and affiliates are best bet, if you want to make bucks, go with pay per download affs. I used to make good money with g2a, but not sure if they still got the aff program.

best bet is to just get on taboola or outbrain its like adsense imo
 
There's a great CPA offer for downloading Opera Browser, browser for gamers. Fits your blog like a glove. The payout is ~$2 which is pretty good. I found it on pretty much any network thus far.

On the monetization tip front, affiliate marketing is a goldmine for gaming blogs. You can link to stuff like gaming hardware, subscriptions, or even cool board games. Just gotta make sure it fits your audience and yeah, paid reviews are a tough nut to crack, especially starting out. But hey, who knows, if you build a rep for solid content, devs might come to you.
