Facebook just changed the ad delivery algorithm, Facebook will give preference to new ads and new content. Also when you create a campaign, create 3 ad groups and in each ad group there should be 3 ads with different content. please apply this

Oh, you're cloaking then. Check around some discussions on here for cloak methods for online gaming, might be worth your while to look into. If you haven't already, Meta also technically allows these ads but you have to check with them on how you can be authorized to run them.
