Gambling Affiliate

Ah...some casino programs will carry over negative balances which means if there is a big winner they will roll over the loss to the next month. The real damage here is if you get a HUGE winner it will basically wipe you out of a program that does this. You can always complain and they will usually scrub it for you...only happened to me once in 6 years. Very few programs do this now.

Poker has no negative balances but is slower to build a player base because you are paid a commission of the rake so it doesn't matter if a player loses or wins, the house still gets the same rake.

Thanks that whats i figured it was, sound nuts I was thinking about getting involved with
bodog affliate. Im from the US, any suggestions?

Also is it true online gambling is illegal in the us? If so what are the consequences for posting ads, should be a slap on the wrist or?

My Turn ;) .. Well yes and no. Online casino programs have found the loopholes to get players money through the doors. Most of the payment processing takes place in countries with less restrictive terrorism laws. The funny thing is that the casinos that accept US players are based in Canada. As far as being a US citizen and an affiliate of a US accepting casino, there are now laws or repercussions. So go buck wild.

If you're planning on going CPA with bodog, then it sounds pretty lucrative - $100 CPA for every $20 player. If you are going revshare, not so much, plus negative carry-over -

quote from T&C's:

Negative earnings are carried forward to the next month. Should the Affiliate close the month with a positive balance, payment will be issued if it meets the minimum requirements and commissions will be paid on the positive balance. Should the Affiliate close the month with a negative balance, this balance will be carried forward to the next month.

when signing up to bodogaffiliatelife I need a company name, what do i do? i dont have a company

Bodog are assholes and probably wont accept you unless you have a large professional site. For a company name put anything, they only check your site not business registration.

I believe they are in financial difficulty anyway...

o really no good, any suggestions on an afflaite that accepts US to sign up with?

This is my list: hxxp://www.kissouraces.c0m/affiliates.html replace xx with tt and 0 with o

gambling is a big niche. I would suggest dig into it further. If you have a market for poker then i suggest you sign up for the top 5-10 poker sites.. And so with baccarat.. and with just general casino gambling..

and then cookie stuff lol :)

I know this thread is super old but anyone has worked with buffalopartners?
