funny fails compilation channel - Rejected in youtube Partner

Hello all, I have a funny compilation channel, I started the work on it on August 23 and I reach the requirements of youtube partner, then youtube rejects my monetization request, my question now how can I earn money with this channel? The views on the channel are between 5000 and 70000 views per video

Compilation Channels are not eligible to earn money from the Youtube Partner Program. I suggest you try to add your reaction to it. So maybe a Facecam, reacting to the fails could do the job. One famous creator that does a really good job on "bending the rules" is Azzyland: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCzeB_0FNcPIyUSjL_TL5lEw

If you do something similar, you might get approved for their Partner Program.

Why there is others channels works on the same thing getting monitizied easily ?
