FULL TIME, SEO. Salary + extra

After reading this forum for a month now, and applying various techniques, I have decided to hire someone full time.

This is a real full time job, hourly compensation, and possible benefits.

READ CAREFULLY:

You must work in house in our miami office. I am NOT looking to hire someone remote.

Additionally, you will have access to all white hat/black hat tools you need, and a staff of 3 developers/2 graphic artists that will work with you to make things happen.

Wait, so is this "salary" or "hourly compensation"?

Good luck on finding a candidate. Wish I lived in Miami.
 
I'm sure if you offered sponsorship to abroad students you'll have a flood of reasonably priced applicants.
 
Have you tried hiring through freelancer sites like odesk?

I dont want to do odesk because I want someone in house. As for sponsoring someone, this is not totally out of the question. The bureaucracy that is the US government would turn a simple employment into a huge paper shuffle.

Technically it is hourly compensation, it really it is a salary. This is employment for a regular job, 9-5, monday - fri in my office.
