Do you think he received what he paid for, if he refunded $20k?
So you are saying, if you have customers who ask refund paypal transactions, after you fuck them over by not delivering what you are advertising, then you have a right to be angry?
The guy who made the $20k refund is an example to us all and I strongly suggest everyone to refund every single paypal payment made to SMM Panels, that have lying and misleading advertising in their service texts. (Such as "SUPER INSTANT FAST START RITE NOW" and then the order doesn't get started for 2 weeks)

So, what we have to write in paypal dispute is that we never received the delivery and we get the money back? Since the panels are fucking us over, I say we start fucking them back and taking all the money back that was paid via paypal transactions.

Problem with most panels is theyre either too big to care, or they just dont care.
And then theyre mostly resellers, so they cant cancel/start/stop orders at will.
A nice thing would be to ask a panel if theyre a provider or reseller. Theyll lie and say theyre a provider. Then you say okay, since youre a provider means you can start/stop and partial any order at any time. Then you get a gibberish reply, or they tell you yes and then after you already paid them and put them to the test you realize they lied to you.
Its a dog business. Most panels are shit.
But also you guys that are complaining here. Dont forget that you get what you pay for.

Maybe it's a funny thread for you.
But for most of us, this is a tragic incident that lead to a heavy loss of income and paypal refunds to our clients.
Sadly most of the panels here are so unethical and savage, keep putting the non-working and slow servers.. repeated services all over but different prices.
Yes, we get what we pay for.. but you have to understand that our business model started alongside with what they had to offer.. and now it's all turned to shit and mess, damn sad.
Sorry if i'm ranting like a whiner here, but my business was really terribly messed up bad by panels like JAP and SMMLite.

Obviously I didn't mean funny because of all you guys dealing with issues. I've been in the same business for years now, I've been through all of that. I guess I'm a little desensitized to these types of problems as year after year it's the same stuff being repeated over and over again.
As a reseller at this point I stick to panels and services that I know work even if they cost more, and I don't even look for cheaper servers and panels. I used to do this, always hoping to find a working service at a cheaper price. But at some point enough was enough, I jacked up prices on my sites and stuck to quality services that I know work.
As a provider I deal with every order manually which allows me to be successful and have happy customers, but doesn't allow me to scale very much.
I guess, don't be scared to increase your prices and then use the little more expensive services on panels. That can save you a lot of headache.

Well, I provide most of my own services, so i dont buy them from any panel. But its against the rules to self promote, so ill just tell you what i buy on other panels.
Instant-fans for youtube views.
Jap for instagram views and soundcloud plays and youtube subs.
I dont mess with twitter much anymore, but likesmarket (i think thats what its called) has some good ones. High price, small maximums.
Seoclerks for Youtube comments.
Generally speaking if i get an order for a service i dont provide myself, ill check out Instant-fans, jap and seoclerks. Next id check followiz and socialpanel24.
