1. As I’ve told you, we have holds for VIP offers only. We have little of them in our system and they require an AM’s approval before running
2. Here we need to talk to your AM. Kindly send me your AdCombo id in PM. We will try to find more details about the problem.
3. I didn’t say that you were running fraud traffic. I just assumed that, based on your problem description, advertiser wasn’t happy with the traffic that’s why it took longer than usual.

There are literally 68 PAGES of VIP offers on your network and only 28 pages of repeating 'regular' offers.

Apparently you were running this MacBook Pro offer. As you can see, it is mentioned in the description that 2 month is the hold period. According to stats your first lead was made on 26.08.2020 and it hasn’t been 2 month yet. Unfortunately we also don’t know how much it will take for advertiser to process your leads, we have already requested more detailed information from the advertiser.

Thanks for the screenshot, but 90% of offers on your network have the same mysterious '1439 hours' hold. Also it was not the only offer I was running, so how about the other one? Did the advertiser disappear as well? As everyone can see it went from a week to 2-3 weeks, then a month and now 2 months. Better stay away from AdCombo if you want your investment to return the same year.

There is nothing mysterious about hold period, everything is written there in the description.
The advertiser didn’t disappear. As it was already mentioned before, the advertisers usually pays NET30, especially for new traffic. We are always happy to speed up the process of approving the leads, for our trusted publishers.

Well, still waiting to get my money back. My affiliate manager could not answer why some leads were approved early, while majority is still being held. I keep being told that 2 months is the magic number now, but I don't think that is acceptable, even for new network members. I wish I never started with AdCombo in the first place, because I am honestly tired of asking to be paid. I am not complaining about the lead review process, but rather the whole mess of an organization. My affiliate manager does not know (or care) much at all and seems very unprofessional.

I hear that a lot, so they must love their COD affiliates, but I wouldn't recommend for someone doing CPA.

Part of the leads were approved by the advertiser and now there is one last lead from 02.10.2020 left to approve. Not all the leads were recorded in the same time period, that's why not all of them are approved in the same time/day. We send payments twice per week for approved leads, feel free to withdraw your payment. Minimum payment for all payment methods except wire transfer is $50. If you have more than $50 on your balance, you can withdraw the payment and it will be sent to you asap.
We try to be very careful with the lead review process, which helps us to build a relationship of trust with top advertisers as well as our affiliates.

Some of your offers convert very well, but I don't think I'll be able to run any of them again if I'll need to wait for multiple months to receive a payment. I like when my money is working and not being held captive.
