He is cooked if there are criminal charges that are fair.

He has civil issues for sure that are monumental and if he has criminal on top of that he might as well as just plan on a very boring future.

Given the financial extent and media interest, it would be a miracle if he gets away with it unpunished.

However, I'm curious to see which powerful people he still has good relationships with.

SEC chairman Gary Gensler was allegedly helping Sam Bankman-Fried and FTX “work on legal loopholes to obtain a regulatory monopoly.”

The current Co-CEO of Alameda Research is the daughter of SEC chairman Gary Gensler’s boss at MIT.

i'd bet my left nut the "lost" funds were taken by SBF and other leadership on their way out
 
Had $10k on FTX a few months ago. Glad i lost most of it trading than getting rug pulled
 
Now they are getting hacked
Pretty big loss for a lot of people
