Where i'm based it will take 2 weeks for the shipment of any sim card. I don't want to waste that time.

For what it's worth, you can get in contact with verizon in the united states and get a preloaded sim card fairly cheap, so the sim card method may be the best option, even if it ends up taking time. Realistically you could be in a situation where you fully plateaued for longer than 2 weeks anyways trying to find a solution that doesnt exist.

For emulators I think you can use something like Appium (A Python Library) but I've heard of people getting fully shadow banned messing with this, so the risk to reward doesn't seem worth it to me.
