noooo i dnt want to get into dat shit, im following only whitehat, decent on-page, manualy building tier1 links with unique content,ppc in facebook,adwords
i hope i dnt get into dat shit :/

There is no such thing as white hat link building.
PR hasn't been updated in 2 years.
"Unique" does not mean useful

Please. Don't take clients upon yourself when you don't know crap. Do you seriously think PPC will help their rankings improve? Google would just lose money on that as they want advertisers to pay to rank the highest - if they are the highest ranker then they clearly aren't going to pay for it...

I would suggest you to drop them and start from scratch ranking your own websites. Once you got enough knowledge in SEO take clients upon yourself and make yourself and them money - they will just leave you if they don't see an increase in ranking nor in earnings.

You're exactly right about everything! "Unique content" could be a well written article, or it could be, "fghgweauyhfvh jergjiosdvjhi jierj89gji9g ji9grjijiogjio jgrejiogjiogji gerjiogjio".

You can make a extensive FAQ and give it to them on a flyer, or point them to a online FAQ.
