What you will answer for this quetions post your quetions which you got frustrated!!
While it's okay to be frustrated by things that are outside of your control but these people are paying you in blind faith to get them where they want to go in their business. If this had been my client, I would have answered these questions with an in depth and authoritative stance. You sounded like you genuinely have no idea how to deal with customer relations which is by far the most important factor of any business deal.
1. Why are my keywords fluctuating? The keywords are fluctuating because we are taking the time to grow them in and to recognize them to be your site's authoritative keywords. You will see them fluctuate as Google determines the value and worth of what you are presenting to your potential clients. Once they recognize that you are in fact here to stay, they will start to rest and continue to move up, gaining an audience for your company.
2. When will my Page Rank Increase? Typically, a solid page rank happens after an aggressive campaign and roughly about 6 months of carefully nurturing the site and feeding the proper nutrients will you start to see the page rank settle into a pleasant ranking.
You answered #3 pretty rhetorically so it would just go hand in hand with what I said with #2.
4. Now, the broken English seems a bit tricky. I would assume that they asked what other pages were ranked. With that, I'd answer, the ones that were ranked are the ones that are fed consistently, so if the homepage and the buy it now page.
5. Organic traffic often times decreases because there is the fluctuation of where the website will be finding it's more solid home on the top pages. This especially happens when there are several pages that need to be ranked. (Word to the wise, don't EVER tell your client, people aren't searching because someone is always searching and it reduces your credibility)
6. Not the best answer if you want to keep a client. It has nothing to do with authority or ranking as it could be the age and the amount of time that has been put into the website.
You do sound very short tempered and you need to work on your customer relations. Not exactly your service because it seems you are providing a service, but to relate with a client is where your money will continue to pour in. I may not always be the best when it comes to doing what I need to do but there is a strength in when I am able to let them know that I am still here and I am not going anywhere. I am going to address their uncertainty and frustration.
