Does this mean that IF the account is frozen, and you are OWED from that account, you need to wait for 180 days for your money, or will paypal pay it back to you?

I call them and they got it fixed within 10 minutes. It was frozen for 1 day.

Be honest and open, if you can. Provide what they ask for, if it makes business sense.

I didn't want to provide everything, so I ask them can we just deal with the issues. They want to know more about my business so I showed them what I was doing. I let the chips fall where they may and they decided to keep doing business with me.

Now I know, to have a back up.

It's not my account that is frozen. I have bought on 08/11/08 TopGen from SEOsoft, it did take around a week before I should get my software package. So 2 days later before I had my software package i've asked for a refund because of personal reasons. They say it could be refund on 15.09.08 because of monthly payment periods. Then on 15.09.08 I have emailed to ask again for the refund and they say their account has been frozen.

Till today their account is still frozen according to them and i haven't received my refund.
Can someone confirm that their account is really frozen? Or am I being fucked?

I haven't paid it with my paypal account but with my creditcard through paypal. Else I would have submitted a claim but that was not possible.

How can I do a chargeback?

don't call them unless you can record the messages....

i learned the hard way, either do everything in written form, or record the calls...

if you use skype you can use pamela plug in, that will record your conversations
