I want to start a new youtube channel and my aim is to reach $1000/month within year, need some valuable tips and suggestions from experts like you guys, it"ll be very helpful for me.

I think you need to upload long videos. Then you will get such results. But you need to have a high quality niche that is the best for your channel.
 
Go for long form content, and do reupload or dub (translating vídeos to another languages) content using ai, I have a friend doing this and making 1500k/mouth.

Offer something unique and valuable. You will get lot of views.

I suppose it depends on the niche and your strategies. $1k a month within a year is a bit of a goalpost but doable (especially on the entertainment side of things, at least from my side of YT). If you planned to do a faceless account or lean into AI assisted content/ rehash content or do reactions, you might be in for an uphill climb with the upcoming changes to monetisation though.
 
Yeah, I monetize my channel and boom, youtube just updated their policy about ai video demonetization. My affords is now worthless

It was bound to happen sooner or later. Talks about Youtube taking action like this have been floating around my group since early last year. We already know how they communicated it, let's wait and see how it looks in practice.

The channel should have some unique content. If you just upload videos like others, there is no incentive for others to watch your content.
 
Optimal video length is 8minutes. Make sure to be consistent with your scheduled uploads. Make 3 shorts and one 8min video. Make sure you get the best thumbnails and do them similar looking on every other video you put out. Other than that, social media presence, maybe Asian ones too (translate the content as suggested by someone here)

Consistency and work, you'll get there.

The goal is realistic. Do not limit yourself to AdSense earnings also. Also , look for sponsorships.
