Friend's Paypal and Teamviewer

Hello, guys. So i struggled with payment processors and paypal question (not allowed for me) and haven't found some good and easy solutions.

Well, there are some,like:
- clickbank 7-day payments with Us Payment Service Payoneer (that takes up to 10 days to create).
- Click2sell.eu with 14-day payments and pays to payoneer.

Other services declined me (2co,bluesnap) and other need merchant account.

I was thinking about how I can use paypal! I really need Paypal, because of fast turnaround, fast cash flow. I'm on limited budget and it's the only option for me to go.

And there's a possibility - my friend lives in Romania and he can create a Paypal account for himself and give it to me to use. But I'm in other country.

At first I thought about VPN for us both. But I googled and understood that's it's very unsafe.

And then I came up with idea: he will create a valid account for himself, and will just give access with teamviewer or other programs so I can pay and configure everything.

So there's nothing fake and everything is safe, right?

How he can verify his paypal fast? Only with bank account? Can he verify his paypal with my payoneer?

But what if his Paypal is with his name and with my Payoneer credentials. Or Paypal don't see this?

It dosen't matter!

Nobody needs to confirm.I`m sure of what i`m saying.I have my PayPal on my moms name (witch is a different name than mine) and my Payoneer on my name.If you want i`l show you screenshot from paypal!

And wich account type you can suggest me? Personal or business? Is it harder to verificate business account?

Mine is personal.I don't know much about business account.

You need to acquire a stealth PayPal account and do not let him set up a duplicate account in his name to let you
use because it will get suspended pretty easily. Simple solution is to go stealth.
