Freelancer vetting

1. Must be below 25 years and have 30 years of experience.
2. I pay in peanuts.
Jokes apart, haven't really found anyone great in BHW (it sucks.. we have so many good members here). I got a designer from another project, but that dude is very busy. He won't probably do cheap jobs, but he sure does know what he is doing.
The point is, it is hard to find a great designer. Look for personal recommendations or real project work (not those dummy ones) before you hire anyone. That's the best vetting process there can be.

I rarely find a good, fast and loyal graphic designer, I prefer to pay in advance big boys from 99designs, they are very good but overpriced as most of the internet marketing area, they delay work (cat die, 3 million holidays a year, I need money but I don`t work weekends and another type of excuses).
For video editing, I use UpWork, if they do not have a vast portfolio, I skip them, most of them are also overpriced but you can find few gems.

Great video editors are in high demand.
Once they get their skills up they rarely post availability on freelance websites unless they are from 2nd and 3rd world countries.
If they are experienced with two or more of these programs, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Filmora, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve, they will laugh at all job offers for peanuts. To have to find a college student, (freshman or sophomore) still using the student version of Adobe, and get them on board with your program!
As far as graphic designers, I have been using @DezinerGuys for years, and their work can only be described as REMARKABLE and EXCEPTIONAL!
