Freelancer can replace Ad mob Ids?

hello
i have purchased an android app source code from codecanyon,im not able to generate APK from it.so i hired a freelancer to do the job done.
Freelancer is saying he is getting error when using my Ad Mob id and his id is showing Ads.
any possibilities freelancer can add his Ad mob ids in my app and give it to me?
if yes then how to identify it?

Hi there,

make sure that you have your app correctly set inside the admob console. The freelancer could replace his id with yours before compiling, so if he fixes your code, I would recommend you build the release apk before uploading it to the store.

Freelancer will definitely use his IDs (at least one among others that will be yours). I can replace them and compile you the app for free, that's literally a minute job. I can even teach you if you want (that's like 10 minutes of work), that way you'll know for sure that your IDs are there.
