Freelance Affiliate Marketers needed

Looking for (several) experienced affiliate marketers to RECRUIT ADVERTISERS (we have the traffic, tons of US traffic).
Compensation: open to proposals, but combination of fixed fee + performance-based is preferred.
Requirements: proven experience in affiliate marketing.

Tasks:
-Find non-adult, non-gambling advertisers willing to advertise in an adult website with huge US traffic
-Negotiate affiliate schemes (preferably Revshare or CPA/CPS)
-Manage/improve campaigns´ performance
