No its not Adsense safe. But it doesn't matter, Vagex do not allow members to have advertisements on their videos for this reason. members still do it but if they are reported or a mod sees those videos in the system, the user will be warned and / or banned.

As Vagex views are often created by several people watching one video up to 10 times a day, Adsense pick up on the IPs watching your video over and over. This is enough to flag you and have Adsense keep an eye on you.

Many people think it is just the source of the views that can your Adsense banned via Vagex, unfortunately it isnt. The amount of times IPs watch you is also counted. And you may say " Yes, but what about Subcribers? " true, good point! But with Vagex's systems if only 100 people are running the viewer in one given hour, those 100 people can each watch your video 20 times in that hour alone if you put your video into the system enough times. Your subscribers wont usually watch your videos this often and frequently.

Otherwise, Vagex is one of the safest programs out there if you ignore the Adsense side of things. However, Google Adsense ban people left right and centre anyway.
