This will download the old site into HTML files for you to re-upload to your host. I doesn't extract articles.

Not with this tool, you could run a hybrid setup though with these HTML files on their previous URL's and a /blog/ on Wordpress ;)

It doesn't cost you money, though you will need to enter a email and password to access it.

i run many CPA offers which pays me $15-25 just by getting sign up leads, that doesn't cost user anything, but it pays me those money.

you got my point ?
 
In this case, all the user needs to know is the only thing they need to hand over is an email and password to create an account. No need to look further into what Free means.
