Will this download all available pages of the domain? So I can reupload the old articles on a new WordPress blog?

This will download the old site into HTML files for you to re-upload to your host. I doesn't extract articles.

Not with this tool, you could run a hybrid setup though with these HTML files on their previous URL's and a /blog/ on Wordpress

You judgement of calling it "FREE" isn't good at all.

In this case, all the user needs to know is the only thing they need to hand over is an email and password to create an account. No need to look further into what Free means.
