I have used WebPosition, RankTracker, AdvancedWebRanking & Authority Labs, but none have really impressed me as a great piece of software for tracking website SERPs.
 
Most free rank tracker software is just rubbish and won't give you accurate results. I would suggest a free trial from one of the mentioned paid suggestions.
 
I recommend serpfox.com. Free 10 keywords but exact results and easy to use. You can signup 5 accounts to track 50 keywords.
 
I'll also vouch for SerpFox is you want a free solution.
 
I have been using proranktracker and it does a good job. You can track only 2 urls and 20 keywords for free.
