Cannot recommend SerpWoo enough: https://www.serpwoo.com/. Even has ORM goggles to view positive and negative links as green and red.

Try SeoStack, its desktop based software, but does what you need

I personally use CuteRank (software), ProRankTracker (PRT) and Microsite Masters (MM), but I recommend using either PRT or MM as they give accurate data.

Serplab is go for you :)
Though I'll recommend you to pay a bit and try SERPBOOK or SERPMiNT.
    Both of them are awesome.

Though the tool is good, i don't know how far these types of tools can be kept free as these are resource hoggers and would end up turning into paid stuff. Better yet go with a paid tool for as low as 5 or 10 bucks per month and they provide you lot more features.
