One qualified SMM panel owner will receive our complete combined package:
1. AI Ticket Bot
• Installation and configuration for your SMM panel
• Detects orders stuck in Processing beyond the configured threshold
• Detects orders remaining In Progress for extended periods
• Groups affected orders from the same provider into one support ticket
• Includes every relevant external order ID
• Opens provider tickets using the panel owner’s authorized provider account
• Testing, adjustments and final handoff included
2. Live Chat Support
• Branded live-chat widget installed on your panel
• Customer-support routing configured
• Telegram or WhatsApp integration, where applicable and approved for testing
• Testing and final handoff included
The review copy includes both setup fees and at least 30 days of hosted operation at no charge. Both services will remain active through completion of the BHW review if it takes longer than 30 days. (Hopefully not <3)
Normal turnaround is 1–2 business days after receiving the required access. The reviewer will not be asked for payment or credit-card details.

Applicant must own or manage an active SMM panel and have authority to approve the installation.
The reviewer must be able to provide, privately through the BHW staff-created group DM:
• Panel website address
• Temporary panel administrator or developer access
• Access to at least one connected provider account for Ticket Bot configuration and testing
• Permission to create controlled test orders and provider tickets
• Telegram bot token or WhatsApp Business credentials if that integration is selected <--- LIVE Chat only
All communication and credential exchange will remain inside the BHW group DM. ***Removed by the staff***
