Two important points to learn:
1-One of the submissions got on the front page too soon(less than 5 minutes) and it was removed by the Mod,So upvotes must be slow in some more strict not to get flagged as a manipulator
2-A submission was removed as it was about direct selling,Reddit is generally based on news,article and content.So if you have a shop or sth like that,you should use attractive articles,put your ads in the article( indirect selling).
