I hate how stupid some lawsuits can be and they manage to win, Nobody who has drank redbull ever thought they were going to sprout wings and start flying. That is what i hate about this country everyone is so sue happy and the laws allow it.
 
Lesson here, watch what you claim in your marketing tagline. The site to claim the free rbulls is still down, but keep trying!

Is it common for class action suits like this to offer online claim forms?

Something tells me that RedBull took a negative and turned it into a positive for the ridiculous amount of publicity they are getting. I've already seen this three separate places.
 
Another hilarious idiotic lawsuit.These people are just thinking day and night who can they sue.I knew one girl who was always readin the book of former cases of sexual harassment.You can guess that everybody avoided her :) Or the other idiot: puts the cat to dry in the microwave,than sues the company that the microwave killed her cat...pfff
 
I think people are misunderstanding the case.

He didn't sue them because he didn't grow a pair of wings - no court in the world would hear that case.

He sued them because their claims that Red Bull increases reaction times and performance were false.

And clearly the phrase 'Red Bull gives you wings' was taken to mean increased reaction times and better performance.

or it's just a marketing stunt and red bull ddosing its own site, so they don't have to pay/ship anything :)

I just copped the claim for some free redbull... $15 worth only comes out to 3 if they send you the $3 ones after some tax lol.
 
Red Bull and other energy drinks do increase concentration, idk why people made false claims to sue over. I signed up for the free redbull over the cash.

Oh man... it only seems valid for in america. Perhaps I should sue for discrimination against other countries (but seriously.... this is just stupid)
 
When I first saw this a few weeks ago on facebook back I thought it was a viral opt-in submission scam.

That would have been cooler.
