Do u already have a "machine" and looking to access it via RDP ?
for rdp u can use VNC or even teamviewer
or you want a server with rdp access ?

Amazon AWS EC2 instance is your choice. So easy to manage and many OS options are available for free. If you do not know anything just watch a yt video how to set up and you will be good to go for a smooth run.

I use every Free RDP for 6 hours. You can find in github and fork it. Then you can easily use 6 hours.
