Not many providers I can think of that are completely free. They all require cards with $1 in them. It's a trial.

Amazon AWS EC2 instance is your choice. So easy to manage and many OS options are available for free. If you do not know anything just watch a yt video how to set up and you will be good to go for a smooth run.

I use every Free RDP for 6 hours. You can find in github and fork it. Then you can easily use 6 hours.
