Free PR7 Backlink - JP

I have a quick question concerning backlinks and SEO. Will Google punish your site for putting your backlink on a page full of very obvious comment spam? I can't imagine the Google computers looking too kindly on my white hat, very vanilla moneysite being sandwiched between spam about MILFs and cheap pharmaceuticals. However, I don't want to miss out on an easy backlink either. Are comment spammy sites something I should only save for boosting black hat sites or articles?

side note: please PM if you can do a simple site for me in weightloss niche
for $50 or less (sorry, moving 'side note' soon...!).

I think BHW should have the option to view more, in-depth stats.
A) I love stats, who doesn't? Not me!
B) for ex: 'This person has shared 7 PR 6+ links, 24 PR 4+ links, 68 PR 2+ links', etc. etc.
c) Come on! What if someone had like a 56-day 'sharing streak'? Wouldn't you just flip??!

I don't think there must be any problem.
As a backlink from PR7 website is still worth a lot even if its spammed.

That's true, but the value of that link is very low, because the PR7 is linking to 5000 sites, so the juice is divided in 5000 or more. Hope you get it

. It could be of greater value if you have one PR2-3 site linking ONLY to yours

Thanks for answering. While I realize that a spammed out link isn't going to provide much linkjuice, my main concern is the context of that link. If Google sees my white hat site among comment spam for porn and other shady things, is this going to affect my ranking? I know that the algorithm looks at the context of the backlink, and if it sees my site between porn and cheap Viagra links, then isn't going to calculate that my site is probably spam?
