I too was just moving around the threads so that of sharing another PR7 backlink. Absolutely free, no catch.

Here's the process:
1. Go to http://bit.ly/j5beZC (bit.ly to track the clicks)
2. Just below the post, there is a trackback option and near its written comment in Japanese. Yes, sad! to say but the website is Japanese. Though, PR7 is always PR7. So click on the comment option.
3. A pop-up window will open, scroll down and make your backlink.
Ta-Ding! You are done. Have fun.
