Smallseotools are good as plagirism checker, but sometime it show error and it has a daily limit also. Use code uncode("") on google for few sentence. It may also help you for plagirism

I always use http://www.paperrater.com/plagiarism_checker
it always catches dup content that I've scraped.

I use : smallseotools plagiarism-checker

To pass the 24 hours limitation use a ip faker and a different browser each time

If you want free plagiarism checker then you have need to try smallseotools which is free but I am not sure that will show 100% real plagiarism, if you have little amount then you have need use copyscape that's best all around the world.

There is a lot of free plagiarism software on the web if you are looking for one. The best I have used when I really have no budget for premium software are small seo tools and duplichecker. I still prefer copyscape premium though even though it is paid, the result is better than the free and the fee is small enough at 5cent to cover my peace of mind.
