The last member number on the forum is the one you made when you created your profile. Just click on your profile name and when it takes you to your profile, that number in the URL is the last number on the forum.

Same thing happened to me ... oh well, thanks for sharing OP nways

Got banned even if I was delaying 10 seconds with a bot. I'm sure someone has a way around it.

The answer is already in this thread, but I'll spell it out again.

Make a profile. Don't put a link on it.

It doesn't matter if you get banned. Spam spam spam spam spam and get banned. Your banned member number, write it down.

Get super sneaky, figure out when they go to bed at night. Start another profile. Spam spam spam spam spam until you get banned. Your banned member, number, write it down.

Rinse and repeat 25 times.

Now you have 25 high PR profiles, and they're banned. Yay.

Make a new profile. Visit the 25 banned profile pages. That's all, just 25. You won't be banned for visiting 25 links.

Now your new profile has 25 high PR hub links. Rinse and repeat, make another 10 ... the widget shows the last 10 profiles that viewed a page so you can get 10 legitimate profile links on those 25 banned hubs.

Next ... wait 2 weeks. Then after 2 weeks have passed, log into your good 10 profiles and slip a backlink to your money site in there.

There's 100s of ways to improve on the methods I've suggested in this thread, be creative.

when the script has visited all the profiles what do you do next? do you have to get the profile links you visited and then try and get them indexed? Thanks

This is a little gem! Seriously. Create a few hubs, after two weeks link them all to a couple of tier 1 web2.0.... So simple, so easy, so sneaky. Can't wait for the next update;)

Alright I thought I had this working and everything was great but after it completed the entire forum I logged out and went back to check some profiles at random and my name didn't pop up in any of them so obviously I'm doing something wrong. So here's what I did:

I logged into the forum using Internet Explorer 8. I started up the bot and entered the forum name with the profile number for the last member to join and watched it cycle all the way down to 0.

Does it matter what version of IE I'm using? I checked various profiles throughout the range and didn't see any that it worked on. I tried it on a couple of forums and it's still not working. I'm sure I'm either doing something wrong or I need to change my settings in IE or something simple like that. Any advice?

Much appreciated. It looks like a great bot, I just think it's a case of UTFS.

I've been finding forums and checking manually whether or not they have the user id showing up in the "recently visited" widget. Then I sign up start the bot, let it run and manually check links to see if my user id is there and it never is...all it says in the widget is eg "this page has had 5 visits"...Why is that? especially because I first manually check if anyone elses id's are present ??

OK, I went into IE, signed in, then closed the window. Opened IE again and made sure I was still logged in. Then started bot with my provile ?u=mynumber, but when I check some of the places I should have visited, my username isn't there???

same case with Troshi and Stilts here, i went into IE and login then run the app with url blabla/member.php?u=xxxxx

then I open another firefox (without login) and check for my username and it is not there

It would be nice if someone else posted their bot... I would really like one with that 10sec wait

IE version should not matter.

I think some forums have user settings which mean the user can limit the number of recent visitors. Just find another forum.

Uhhmm....... Hi.

http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/black-hat-seo-tools/370593-get-vbulletin-profile-browser.html

Mine has a wait interval that you can set yourself (set it to 5-10 for natural look or 0 for similar functionality to this bot), you can also set it to "Slow Mode" in which case it will wait for the page to load and go to the next. However, it does not visit EVERY member's profile, it visits only those on the home page of the forum (online users, latest posters, admins, etc).. Which can be 2, or it can be thousands. You can also set it to visit a custom number of profiles, so if it is thousands, you can make it only visit 100.

Other things it does:
- Supports proxies and rotates through a list of them.
- Loops enlessly through XRumer's "Registered Accounts.txt" file
- Grabs username/password info from the file.
- If login fails, it will erase the forum from its memory and not attempt it again the next time it loops through the list.

What the other bot (xTractor) does:
It simply compares a list of URLs to those in the "Registered Accounts.txt" file. So you can get your profiles from XRumer, check them for working links and PR with Scrapebox, export the list of live, high PR sites and it will extract only those entries from your "Registered Accounts.txt" file. That way, it does not have to browse 50,000 profiles, but only the best ones that you select. :)

You can leave this bot running forever and it will just sit there visiting profiles while you go eat a sandwich.

I'm definitely trying this out! First step, headless browser bot :)

No, not even 1 visit shows up from the bot. Its not that I ran out of possible views.

Thank you so much :) (didn't see this linked anywhere before...)

This share shows why this forum is the best! rep given.

I've been trying to get the bot to work for a couple of days but I can't get it to work properly. I log into the forum with IE (and stay logged in during the session), open the bot and use the url in the correct format. When I run the bot it will not show my name in the recent visitors, just a number of visits. When I visit the page manually(when logged in), the link will show up. I have tried it on a number of different forums and vbulletin versions. I think it has something to do with the fact that the bot does not really load the pages but just sends the requests, right? If anyone can solve this it would be much appreciated.

Thanks to the OP and + Rep given for this awesome tool and method! I had a couple of questions:

1 - Just wondering what your (the OP's) experiences are with this when it comes to the permanence of your forum profile's PR. Do you tend to see that they stay stable over time or drop?

2 - I noticed whenever I try to minimize the tool it closes with the error "runtime error 380", is this a bug or am I missing something?

3 - Do you tend to just let big G find all of these links on it's own or do you ever ping them?

Thank you!
