Thanks for the great method, and i found the twist.

The only problem im having though is a question of morals. Wont the person paying for the background check lose out?

Edit: Seems like the person will get to keep the background check though, so is this still somewhat ethical?

It seems that im running into more legal ramifications now. What exactly would constitute fraud?

Does anyone know a CPA Affiliate network that you don't need a website or previous experience to join?

Wouldn't you be safe if you can transfer your money through multiple Paypal account ?

It's quite easy these days to create Paypal account, I can make 10 different account in one day (unverified of course, then I could use Entropay to make it lifted), then I can transfer (or gift) the money from them 10, I'm pretty sure you can't be touched after the money has been gifted after 4-5 accounts. Or you know, use those money to buy Ebay Gift Card and sell it somewhere else with your alias to prevent identification... or better, buy bitcoin, stuff it in Dark Wallet, it's gone for good

Doesnt your clickbank have to be verified though?

Also is there a way to do this so that it isnt considered fraud? Careful wording maybe. What are the consequences if you get caught? The amount you made per each person is like 20$ does that amount add up per each person, or do you get charged with multiple accounts of fraud?

It seems like there is more risk than reward here.

This isn't ethical, no. Don't fool yourself into believing it is. It's a matter of not particularly caring. Welcome to blackhat marketing. Some people have problems with that, some don't. If it's not your thing, stick to grey or whitehat. As far as the concerns about fraud..

Fraud must be proved by showing that the defendant's actions involved five separate elements: (1) a false statement of a material fact,(2) knowledge on the part of the defendant that the statement is untrue, (3) intent on the part of the defendant to deceive the alleged victim, (4) justifiable reliance by the alleged victim on the statement, and (5) injury to the alleged victim as a result.

Those last two in particular seem like it would be difficult to prove with this sort of method, and if you worded it carefully (As in some of the examples in this thread) I do think you would be fine. Of course, take that with a grain of salt as I'm not a lawyer, nor do I pretend to be. If you're worried, wait for someone with an actual legal background to chime in.

Still, you're not guaranteeing anything, you make no promises to provide a service, and you're not forcing them to do anything. They also get a background check out of it, which is exactly what they paid for. Dishonest? Certainly. Fraudulent? Well, that's the clincher isn't it.

Hahaha this is awesome, I totally see how this can work for me. Thanks for the cool ideas in social engineering!

Wow this is genius. With a little twist I might try this. How would i cover my tracks so to speak

There's also the employment market perhaps. Youth camp councellors needed for six months work, food and bed included plus good pay. Criminal background check required of course! Submit your cv and application with CBC (affiliate link here) to some email address.

Perhaps even register a cheap domain and throw up a minimal wordpress to make it look legit.

he does mention "We use and recommend Mail Sidekick (urlwashere) - the free plan will handle this and doesn't cost you anything. Shameless plug, but the whole team works really hard to deliver a top quality product with constant updates and great support."

I have succeed in every aspect of this method, and I attract many leads a day. But, I am having troubles convincing these leads to buy my background check. I will keep on trying, maybe two days from now I will try the employment market.

Not sure about this. I do not think promoting the item as stolen and positioning yourself as a thief makes any sense. Personally, I would not buy from such an ad. It is fencing and it is a criminal offence buying stolen goods. So why should I meet up with some guy pretending to be a thief, maybe he is not a thief but a police man? Makes really no sense.
About the other method pretending you are afraid of being robbed so you want the person to fill in a background check, ok this is better. But still not legal. After he filled it in and PAID for it, he will not get the item. You are selling items that you do not have. You are forcing people to do paid checks for items you do not have. This is called fraud.

Hey, im going to try this now! which cpa offer did you use? Heres kind of my twist. If its something like an xbox, tv , computer,ps4, or anything that they would have to come to your house to try, you just say you've been robbed before and you not comfortable with them in your house so they can test it and then ask them to do the check.
