Also I have a domain I have had for years. it did well in my local market and that was all I wanted it for. Local brick and mortar biz.

I let it go dormant. removed the website and it was no longer indexed. I re-indexed it just now and put a blog on it. I want to get more local biz again.

Now my question. Will it be a bad idea to run this domain through this process?

I am a noob and am reading a lot here these past few days. You gals and guys produce great stuff here.

Did I do something wrong that the "/" is missing after my ".com"?

it was there when I put it in the BL window and I took out the "HTTP://"
 
i ran this last night on an established ecom i run to see what it did.

BLP went from 141-143
BLD went from 164-173
IC went from 234 to 789!!!!

Tee site now has 789 pages indexed by google rather than 234! Not sure if thats a weird coincidence, but whatever.. cant be a bad thing!
 
I don't know if it is just me... My domain a week old and I ran this tool for my domain name this morning. It has been 12 hours since I ran this thing but my site is not even indexed :( I tried this query site:mydomainname.com and its not indexed. What am I doing wrong?
 
Some of you might get angry at me but these are not links...They will not help your page in climbing the SERPs, these pages do not even have a pagerank and as for your concern of getting indexed quickly by google:

1.Add your site to google :http://www.google.com/addurl/ or/and
2.Sign up to https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools and submit your site
3.If you have a sitemap, submit it to https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools.

If you go for step 2, your website will get indexed by google in less that 24hrs.

are these kind of backlinks counted by google... honestly I am not sure about these backlinks. yes they can get your site indexed but what about link spamming?

It has got Virus if used with Chrome , Start ALARM when Using
 
I think it was just temporary links and just used whois method. If you are looking for a serious SEO you know my name.
 
If youwant your website indexed by google in 1 minute flat then put one of your adsense code blocks on it then visit your page (don't click obviously)
Check your AWstats or whatever you use and you'll see 2 visits - GoogleBot and AdsenseBot - sorted!
