You're looking for an easy way to grow this audience, with little to no effort.
You expect people to spoon feed you the methods they've worked and tested for weeks.
You have provided no details of what you've done with it so far, no engagement rates, no idea of what you be for niche research, no explanation of what you trying to do with the audience (maybe if it's for Cpa there could be more effective options).
You need to research the whole Instagram section on this place to find out if it is the best for you. Then find an existing method that works and alter it slightly for your situation, not just say "that is not the best solution".

Never do this, if you're serious about the quality of your account, if you're doing just for CPA and those "get 1000 followers" offers then you can.
