They are DMCA Friendly, not matter if you choice the location of Lithuania or not. They don't allow, they will suspend and kick you out from their network and laugh hard.
Freenom is Netherlands based but that doesn't mean they can ignore DMCA, ignoring DMCA is a choice of provider. I mean if I am a provider from Netherlands is my choice and my own decision if I will ignore DMCA or I will be DMCA friendly and don't allow such activities on my network.
You don't have clearly knowledge about this, after I see you saying you will use Hostinger, that is horrible. Seriously, what do you think? Because they have datacenters on other country they will ignore it? Well it can happen, but not in Hostinger, Godaddy and other companies that are US/UK based.

See? Netherlands doesn't mean you can host everything you want. That depends of terms of service and if the company don't want problems, and just want to have "legal clients" without any reports, abuses or other something.

If you want to do that, go with that. But remember that is easy to catch you, Hostinger is dmca friendly, and they log all your activity no matter what, and is very easy to takedown a website hosted on Hostinger lol (sometimes they do it for themselves without any takedown)
