Is there any free host with cpanel and witch accept cloudflare ssl?
have 2 new website and i wanna put on free for 2-3 month until they index everything

Free hosts are bull crap. If you are serious about what you are doing, take atleast a dedicated IP hosting. For best results, but a VPS that is scalable (e.g. digital ocean, aws etc). Don't waste your time.

i know unlimited host for 5$ a year
if you can't afford 5$ then try 000webhost

i wanna make a test with 2 new website witch don't have unique content so i want a free host for 2 mounth. i have no traffic, domain is new. just wanna index and start seeing if it moves from the ground or not.
i don't wanna pay money for a test. i will try 000webhost. anything else?

With Cpanel charging $0.20 per account starting this month I wouldn't rely on any free host using it... sooner or later can be wiped.

I will suggest you to use aws amazon hosting, 1st year it will cost only 1$
