Not sure if this was posted here before, but this is a super easy extra backlink.

  1. Create a new Telegram channel
  2. Set it to Public
  3. Choose a username so it gets a public t.me URL
  4. Publish a short post with some text and your website link
  5. Add a few more posts so the channel doesnt look empty
  6. Wait for Google to crawl and index the public channel page
You can check it later with:

t.me/s/yourchannelname

Obviously dont expect this one link to rank your site lol, but its free, takes 2 minutes and comes from a very strong domain.

Oh, that's a very unique idea for getting a backlink especially from a high quality platform like Telegram Interesting, would this be considered a profile backlink or a social backlink?
 
yeah, for a quick throwaway link this is one of the better low-effort ones. not gonna move rankings by itself, but the public channel pages do get crawled pretty fast sometimes, especially if you nudge it from somewhere else first. main thing is making the channel look like an actual page and not a link dump, otherwise google just ignores it.
